ABOUT US — Lewis & Clark Timber Frames
Lewis & Clark Timber Frames is based in the Hoosick Valley with deep roots in the Adirondacks, Lake George, and Southern Vermont. We’re a small, skilled team that believes in honest craftsmanship, clear communication, and timber frames built to last for generations.
I completed my carpenters union apprenticeship, earned my degree through the Carpenters Union and Alfred State, and worked as a journeyman carpenter across commercial construction, heavy highway, framing, and drywall. I come from three generations of woodworkers, and that foundation shaped the way I build today.
After years in commercial and residential construction — including high-end residential work and cabinet making — I shifted my focus fully to timber framing. We build with an environmentally conscious mindset, using traditional joinery, premium timbers, and methods that respect the land and reduce waste wherever possible.
